Financial pressure My entire family has bought multiple vehicles from here. We had a good salesman but when it came time for us to do the financial aspect of the deal I My entire family has bought multiple vehicles from here. We had a good salesman but when it came time for us to do the financial aspect of the deal I felt very pressured to purchase the extended warranty ( that I absolutely did not want) the man pressured us and my husband gave in just to get out of there. I told them that I did not want it and that I needed the payment as low as I possibly could. The man did not listen to me at all. The truck is great but I am not happy with being pressured into something that we did not want!! More

How BAD was this going to be? It was beyond time for a new-to-me car, I was dreading it. I started looking around and hated the hard sell I was getting while just looking. After as It was beyond time for a new-to-me car, I was dreading it. I started looking around and hated the hard sell I was getting while just looking. After asking around, I went to Sapaugh and met with Chip based on his reputation of helping people through the car buying process without making them feel stupid. Chip was attentive (and made it fun!). He walked me through the process and it was a great experience. I will go back specifically to Chip when the time comes for a new vehicle. More
