The February 11th 2025 deal should have been seamless. Long distance cash sale, not financed purchase, Truck was in Mo. I was in Va. Yes, they were addressed and the GM told me to purchase floor mats and a key fob from Ford, and they would reimburse. He arranged for the replacement owners manual. In my mind these are some pretty simple issues that with some attention to detail should have been caught by the salesman. Lastly, they mailed an incorrect title and 13 days later I still do not have a title for my truck. More
