Service took extremely long .There was no loaner , was told car wash was going to take 20 min and it took 1hour and 40 min total wait of almost 3 hours waiting in the waiting room to get the car back not told car wash was going to take 20 min and it took 1hour and 40 min total wait of almost 3 hours waiting in the waiting room to get the car back not even a bottle of water was offered. Very professional and understanding staff. Joe Mistretta was really good at listening to my concerns. This is the second time I had a problem with my Escalade and Joe was fantastic at taking the car in and was really good at listening to my concerns. Everyone in the service dept. is extremely friendly and they come over to me while waiting to let me know how much longer and if additional items need to be serviced and than washed my dusty car.
