To get a phone call at nearly 4 pm saying you don’t have the recall part for my vehicle was horrible customer service. On top of that, oh no there are no loaner vehicles. I am in the system so you had my Vin numbers and make and model. No, my Car is not brand new, it is a very clean older car with low miles. We see how you take care of those people. Never again.
