I was having an issue with my CT5 and the service department was determined to fix the issue. Tony my service consultant worked with me to keep me informed on the progress and steps being taken to r department was determined to fix the issue. I have the car back in my possession and during the past few days I have put a good number of miles on it and the issue seems to have been resolved. Thank You More

Maurice is the best! He contacted me that an after-market had been delivered and it could be installed at my convenience. I responded that I could come to Sarant Cadillac that day.
