Great Experience! Over the years, I have to say that buying/leasing a car has never been on the top of my list of "fun things to do". The reason for that is, I am alway Over the years, I have to say that buying/leasing a car has never been on the top of my list of "fun things to do". The reason for that is, I am always very skeptical if I got a fair deal or not. However, I have to say not only did my wife and I feel like we received a very fair deal, but it was actually an enjoyable experience. Tommy was spectacular. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. He didn't rush through the process and a real personable guy. He then handed us over to the finance person Vic. Over the years, finance people were always trying to push extras on us and it was a drawn- out process. I have to say the whole process with Vic took maybe 10-15 mts and we were out of there. Very competent and quick. All in all I would highly recommend Sarant Cadillac and more specifically our salesman, Tommy Sabbatino. More

Good people, wish they could do more For almost two years I have complained about my audio system. Nothing was ever found or fixed. Then I got a recall notice for one of the things i wa For almost two years I have complained about my audio system. Nothing was ever found or fixed. Then I got a recall notice for one of the things i was complaining about. I hope its fixed now. It took a recall to repair what no one would even acknowledge. The dealership is not responsible for GM putting inferior parts in their latest modal cars, they just have to deal with their customers dissatisfaction. They fix whats under warranty but someone in corporate needs to acknowledge problems and defects. Getting a loner is always discouraging because the audio system always sounds so much better than whats in my car. I noticed the New Escalade I got as a loaner,had the old CUE/gps system. Why? That seems unusual in a brand new model. The sound was great. Just like my 2014. CTS Will I be getting a recall notice sometime about the sound quality on the newer system installed in my 2018 CTS?, I should...... I guess you can compare the sound systems to the rear view cameras. Who ever is reading this don't believe whatever rhetoric is feed to you. The newer rear cameras are blown away by new model Toyota's. What does that tell you? They used to be so good, it looked like I had infrared vision at night. Now its difficult to see much through the grainy image. Same for my sound system. Maybe I just got a lemon but why are they installing the old system in new cars? Just wondering The people at Sarant are good. Its why I keep going back to them even if I am often not satisfied with my results. I've had three CTS's and never complained once before this one. Does anyone care? Seems not. Just saying..... More
