I brought my Escalade to Sarant Cadillac to address an issue with the rear entertainment screen, which had become damaged due to what is clearly a flaw in the design. After doing some research, I found that many other Escalade owners have experienced the same problem, yet Sarant showed no willingness to acknowledge the defect or offer any assistance. For a luxury vehicle — and especially one marketed as a family SUV — you’d expect the rear screen to be more durable and thoughtfully placed. It’s incredibly frustrating that something so fragile was built into a high-traffic area, especially where young children sit. What’s even more disappointing is that another dealership in Riverhead was able to help without hesitation. They understood the issue, completed the repair, and provided a much better overall experience — exactly what you’d expect from a brand like Cadillac. Unfortunately, Sarant Cadillac failed to meet that standard. I would strongly recommend reconsidering your service options if you value responsiveness and accountability. More

Brand new car, but had to bring it back for service issues 3 times in the first week of ownership. I expected my issues to be dealt with right away, but was made to wait several hours before my car was issues 3 times in the first week of ownership. Also, when I first picked up the car on Day 1 there was no wiper washer fluid in the tank, and the car was not fully charged--like getting a full tank of gas in a gas powered vehicle. Found these things unacceptable. Therefore, this is my reason for just an average score for the service dept. More

Extremely unsafe and untrustworthy service. I took my car to Sarant Cadillac for a brake fluid flush last year. When I got the car back, the brake pedal went straight to the floor. They had lef I took my car to Sarant Cadillac for a brake fluid flush last year. When I got the car back, the brake pedal went straight to the floor. They had left a caliper bleeder screw open, causing the brake fluid to leak out on every press. which is a dangerous and careless mistake. They also damaged my carbon fiber front splitter during the service and also damaged the caliper that the fluid slowly leaked for weeks before I had to pay out of pocket and get it replaced at another dealer. Sarant Cadillac refused to accept responsibility and did not pay for the damages caused. Worst of all, the service manager, Joseph Mistretta, was very rude, used profanity, and treated me with zero respect. The only professional I dealt with was the service advisor, Anthony DiGuiseppe, who was polite and helpful, but management clearly has no regard for customers or their property. This dealership shows no accountability, no integrity, and no respect for the people who trust them with their vehicles. If this is how they treat customers, beware before buying a car from them. Their attitude and service are beyond disappointing. Do not trust this dealership. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. More

Why was someone even in there when I needed an oil change and had a leak of oil somewhere in the engine (on a two year old car!)! More
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I presented a coupon that Sarant had sent me offering both services for $129.95. It was obviously a case of “bait and switch.” We have been Sarant customers since 2010, having purchased 3 SUVs during these years. This latest experience left a bad taste. More
