From the moment I dropped off my car, his behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable experience at Serant Cadillac, especially with Joe Mistretta. From the moment I dropped off my car, his behavior was unprofessional and frankly disturbing — he insisted he knew me and said he had to “give me a kiss hello.” Completely inappropriate and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. (Security cameras should confirm this.) Joe gave me his personal cell number and told me to text him directly. I sent over my extended warranty info right away, followed up multiple times, and kept getting vague responses like “we’re trying to figure it out.” No real updates, no transparency, just days of waiting. After five days, Joe made it very clear to me that “it’s not my car or my insurance, so it’s not my problem — it’s yours.” He told me I’m not priority That level of disregard and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a premium brand. Anyone thinking of buying a car from Sarant should seriously reconsider — the service department is TERRIBLE!. If this is how they treat clients who didn’t buy from them, it says a lot about how they value loyalty, professionalism, and basic respect. Cadillac is a high-end brand.
