Taking the car to service cost me time, more than usual. The people at the shop have used my unlock key for the tires and didn’t put it back in its place. I have to drive there again (I’m 30 min away) waite The people at the shop have used my unlock key for the tires and didn’t put it back in its place. I have to drive there again (I’m 30 min away) waited 45 min, and they have lost it. I have to come back again the next week and they made me wait 2 hours! 2 freaking hours to get my key! My car wasn’t getting another service, it took longer that the usual service time. And they have a lady not very friendly, that said “sorry for the inconvenience” in a way that obviously she didn’t care. More
