Pleased with their service dept. Wish they would offer incentives like free tire rotation with purchase of tires and maybe half price rotation with and oil change. You really want me to tell everyone that you took 2 months to complete repairs on my car? That I called and left messages a couple times a week and NEVER got a call back? That I was told my insurance company wasn't responding yet when I called them they had NO calls from you beyond the initial contact? That I was so appalled at the treatment I received that 2 days after we got the car back we bought a new car from your competitor across the street and have no intention of ever dealing with you again?
