The warranty repair work performed on my truck’s exhaust system and transmission was not done correctly and the next appointment to investigate the new problems was not available for over two months. This approach opened up easy conversation between the two of us for the remainder of the deal. We came to an agreeable middle ground and I went off for Phase II... finance. As it turned out I had bought my last truck 10 years ago from Jeff, who was now the finance manager. Jeff was great to work with just as he was 10 years ago.
