David, Service Manager is very rude and obnoxious. I took my car for service on Thursday, July, 22nd, 2021. I pointed out that I found new damages to my car after inspection . He looked at me and said took my car for service on Thursday, July, 22nd, 2021. I pointed out that I found new damages to my car after inspection . He looked at me and said in an aggressive manner" Do you want me to pay for that? I am not going to pay you for it because my Technician didn't do that" He then walked away as if I was nobody. I felt disrespected because I didn't asked him for any money. This man has no class and should not be in such a position. Customers should be treated in a respectful manner and their concerns addressed in an amicable solution. David belongs in the gutters. More
