We already knew what we wanted and had done internet searches, spoke with other car dealers We were very impressed with the service that we received. We already knew what we wanted and had done internet searches, spoke with other car dealers on the phone, and had visited several other dealerships. Sloane Toyota had the car we wanted in stock. The salesman was very knowledgable and personable. The whole buying process was very efficient and all the staff was very friendly. Our old car was appraised while we had a test drive. They gave us a great deal on the car. It was several thousand dollars less than all the other dealers. While we were waiting for the car, we talked with a lady who bought her car from them and was having it serviced. She highly recommended their service department. We plan to have the car serviced there in the future. More

Incredible Buying Experience—Arthur and crew were great! I walked into my appointment to check out a used Mazda CX-5 that I had my eye on. I was greeted by Arthur Pace, and I immediately felt comfortable and I walked into my appointment to check out a used Mazda CX-5 that I had my eye on. I was greeted by Arthur Pace, and I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. We talked about things other than just the car, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or make any decisions throughout the entire length of my visit. This is the type of person I want to do business with—someone who genuinely cares about you and what you’re looking for. He even gave me carrot cake which was amazing, and the buying experience from beginning to end just felt natural and perfect. Excellent I gave a 5 star review due to the friendliness and patience that Rob has . I went in got my car and was on the road within 3 hours . A plus is that I forgot to get my key fob and rob went out of his way to not only drop off the fob to me at work but took my car back to the service center to get inspection updated . That is great for me cause I worked and was not inconvenienced at all !! All in all I’m very pleased with the way everything was handled . I highly recommend Rob from Toyota sloane ! More
