Toyotas Sells themselves but not at Sloan’s Toyota Glenside I have purchased previously at Sloane Toyota My experience during that purchase what subpar. Since my purchase I have refuse to use their service. I have purchased previously at Sloane Toyota My experience during that purchase what subpar. Since my purchase I have refuse to use their service. However on Black Friday a relative wanted to purchase a Toyota Camry hybrid. The experience with worse.. The primary issues were as follows: 1.Lack of staffing the ratio was three customers to a sales person. 2. Refusal to offer to order the vehicle requested and a very hard push why hybrids were not good purchases (WTH). 3. Dispite a credit app on line they rotated they couldn’t use that credit application asked for s paper applications and they are still shopping the credit and it’s Tuesday. The sales staff were very nice the next level management are Unprofessional and overly familiar to a point of offensive. Fitting every negative stereotype of the sleazy salesmen. The facility had no signage regarding any black Friday sales or promotions. Random people were brings offers with no sales or promotion. “Oh they just asked me to help out”, it was sloppy and chaotic environment. Fortunately I went to another dealer. As you entered the dealership there were several greeter available. I was offered a beverage, your dealer then took you to look at all the cars that were available, offered you the option to order or customi build your automobile. There was signage clearly outinlining the promotions. The group order pizza for all the customers. Most importantly We were able to purchase the three we were seeking. I have over 20 years of executive customer service experience and I feel that qualifies me to provide this feedback professionally as well as a consumer. The rating on yelp of Two star is more accurate. Since 2016 till now the dealership continues to be a very poorly managed organization and I’m extremely disappointed in any Toyota dealership teams that badmouth the hybrids and refuse to order hybrids despite that is the request of the consumer. My hope is that the readers of this comply will understand that this is the consumers world and I have a choice to do business with the dealerships that demonstrate respect and desire for my business. consumers have voice now educate other buyers. More
