Overall the experience was positive. Henry in the Finance Dept was very efficient, helpful and thorough. Joe was ok, although his attention to detail wasn't perfect, as there were Henry in the Finance Dept was very efficient, helpful and thorough. Joe was ok, although his attention to detail wasn't perfect, as there were a couple things that weren't fully prepared before we showed up which slowed down the process a bit. Alan was doing his best but was in his first couple of days on the job -- so he didn't seem to know everything about the vehicle even though he was trying hard and doing his best to give us the full overview.
