Friendly courteous and helpful it started when we were greeted, then sales took over and really had no interest to discuss or negotiate. Then go figure 1 day later vehicle we originally came to see dropped in price. Could have had a sale and a repeat customer that day if an interest was taken and maybe educated themselves on market values in order to properly negotiate. Must have judged these books by their cover. More
