Tom did a great job. Had a 10:15 appointment and was taken in on time. Have been doing business with Smythe since 2003 and Bob’s the best - tenacious to help the customer, professional, knowledgeable and patient! I recommend Bob to my friends and family. Also kudos to the Delivery Specialist Alex Piriz. Alex took me through the new features in a clear and concise manner. Helped me with some extra items in transferring from old to the new vehicle. Alex made the whole process so smooth! The car was spotless - like right off the showroom floor. Thanks to the Detail Team for that! So far it’s running beautifully and is beautiful to look at - love the Thunder Gray exterior matched with the Blonde interior! More
