They have always been a pleasure to deal with. On August 31, I purchased another Certified Pre-owned S60. PJ Lee assisted me in the purchase of my first Certified Pre-owned S60 , and I remembered him so well from that positive experience! I was so glad to learn that even though he is now Sales Manager, he remembered me and took the time to personally assist me with the purchase of my "new" S60. On my first visit to the dealership I noted that the snack and food supplies in the lounge area were inadequate; I mentioned this to Bob, he apologized and made sure that corrective action was taken - just one of many indicators of his followup and being tuned in to the customer.
