Smythe is not a pressure cooker environment, where the Manager walks out of the back room and tries to close the deal. We actually looked at a car on our way home, and we did not purchase that day, but came back a week later without any pressure in between. We wanted to purchase from Smythe. I will refer anyone interested in Volvo to Steve. Similarly, Abood and Don were equally honest, transparent and devoid of the pressure that I’m so used to at other dealers.
