Craig Melquist is one of the nicest car salesman I have ever delt with. When i purchased my car from him there was no pressure,no million phone calls, none of that routine we are all used to. I have been a Smythe Volvo customer for over 30 years. My experience with Smythe has always been exceptional. They know me by name and treat me with respect. They are always accommodating if I have an emergency repair. The quality of the service is impeccable. Repairs are always done correctly the first time. With advance notice I am provided with a loaner so I can get to work. I am not young and I have had a lot of experience dealing with all kinds of service professionals. Smythe Volvo is the platinum standard in customer service and should be involved with teaching other service professionals how it is done. More

Everyone at Smythe Volvo deserves recognition because of their handling of all types of customers. If you have ever question yourself about the repairs and work on your auto actually being done- DON'T- bec their handling of all types of customers. If you have ever question yourself about the repairs and work on your auto actually being done- DON'T- because Sean and his Team (Tony, Tom, Gary, Nick) make sure that it is done. We had a very unfortunate incident with our XC70 and the professionalism of our Salesperson (Craig Melquist) went beyond what I had even imagine would happen in resolving our situation. But that is the way everyone that I have come into contact with at Symthe Volvo has been. We have owned and purchased 6 Volvos 2 of which are still in the family somewhere in Minnesota and Colorado. Smythe Volvo is not a "Typical" dealer but a dealer that genuinely listens, acts and produces. If you want to be treated like someone rather than a number visit this establishment take a test drive and see what I am talking about. More

A friend of mine from work found out I was driving a Volvo and told me I had to take my car to Smythe Volvo. I was not disappointed. I have never been to a shop like this one. A top notch experience for me. They answered the phone on the second ring, set me up with an appointment in three minutes. On the day of my service the price they quoted me was the price I was charged an on the second ring, set me up with an appointment in three minutes. On the day of my service the price they quoted me was the price I was charged and as I had previously compared them to other dealers in the area I did well. My last car, which wasn't a Volvo, was a rough experience trying to get it serviced. I can't say enough good things about Smythe Volvo. More

I've been using Smythe Volvo for two years since we moved into the area. From my first phone call two years ago to now I always have been treated like I was a customer for twenty years. The lease on my current Volvo is up in a few months and I'll be stopping in to buy a new Volvo soley because of the service department. They really have something special at Smythe Volvo. More

New to Volvo, last car was a BMW 535i. This dealership actually treats you like a person, not just someone with a car problem. Service has never let me down and I know they always go the extra mile.
