Took my Genesis in to have two recall repairs done. All was good until the next day the malfunction indicator lamp came on. Took my car back to the dealership to see what the problem was. Turns out when one of the items was installed it was installed incorrectly which caused a small leak in a pinched hose. I lost nearly three hours waiting for the repair. No apology no nothing for the inconvenience. Not happy about that. Prior to my recall appointment I received an email from Kei Yukimura informing me that the recall parts were in and when I would like to bring in my vehicle. I called in for an appointment for Jan 23 and when I got there on that day no appointment had been made for me. Not happy about that either. More

After making his life miserable for a week with all kinds of random problems, we finally struck gold and I got an incredible car at a price that everybody felt good about. Even better, when I arrived to actually pick up my vehicle, I got the sense that everybody was rooting for me, from reception to the service team and even the finance department.
