Their app was not that easy to use and that's how they want to communicate with you. After having to call cause I couldn't get the app to let me select and confirm/deny the services recommended (and being told I needed to go back to the app to do that, not by phone!), I then had to call back to clarify their mistake on the app with the total cost and make sure I wasn't being charged for additional services I did not agree to. The app solution isn't very efficient and doesn't give you the sense that you're getting personal care. More

This dealership was great; they were friendly, and it is a great place to buy a car from. Omar was also good, no pressure like so many other salespeople at dealerships.
