This was the most enjoyable experience in purchasing a car in my 50 plus years of buying cars! I had not purchased a new car since 2007 and they were always Toyotas previously, but with Chris as my salesp car in my 50 plus years of buying cars! Brought the car in for service as well as some issues with an electrical outlet in the car. They rotated the tires which I guess is all that you do for an electric vehicle, but they were unable to addres with an electrical outlet in the car. They rotated the tires which I guess is all that you do for an electric vehicle, but they were unable to address my concern regarding the electrical outlet further, they didn’t even want to dig deeper as to the issue. Just shows that dealers don’t know how to deal with electric vehicles. More
