Very happy with my smooth purchase with South Bay Hyundai through the Costco program. My only tiny feedback—unrelated to Eddie and Steven—is that I never received a phone call after Costco connected me to South Bay Hyundai. After a week, I called SB Hyudai. In my other experiences with dealerships through the Costco program, the dealer called quickly after Costco made the connection. More

The Fact that I have been going to their Service Dept for 22 years now, first from his Predecessor, Mr. Chan Park, and now from Service Manager Calvin Jeong, should be a Testament to That (smile)!
