Great Experience! Everyone I interfaced with was polite, pleasant, and helped with the new vehicle buying process. I was in and out with my new truck in record time. All features on the vehicle were thoro pleasant, and helped with the new vehicle buying process. I was in and out with my new truck in record time. I was very pleased with my car buying experience at South Oak. Being from a small town heading to a bigger town like Matteson to shop, was a little intimidating and I have to say, I felt very comfortable an Oak. I went to South Oak Dodge looking to get a Dodge Charger, when I was pleasantly greted by Mr. Cioe. I was then refered to Mr. Chenoweth. After expressing my interests to him, I was given the opportunity to when I was pleasantly greted by Mr. Cioe. I was then refered to Mr. Chenoweth. After expressing my interests to him, I was given the opportunity to test drive each of the models I was interested in. After I made my decision on the Charger, Mr. Cioe did what he could to find the model with the options I was looking for in a short amount of time. The finance of the car was handeled by Mr. Cieniuch, which also went seemlessly. All in all, my experience with South Oak Dodge was excellent. I would definately reccomend it to all my family and friends. More

I had a very pleasant buying experience. No pressure. Marvin was extremely friendly and helpful.I was offered a very good deal on a 2012 truck without having to go thru a lot of drama.
