Last Saturday, I was attempting to inquire about the value of my trade in via Black Book.com, when I received a phone call and e-mail from Shannon Guest. To be honest, I was surprised to get that fast o value of my trade in via Black Book.com, when I received a phone call and e-mail from Shannon Guest. To be honest, I was surprised to get that fast of a response since I did not even know of her or of this dealership, and made no attempt to contact them prior to them contacting me. However, I am so glad that Shannon did contact me. Shannon took the time to hear my story about the difficulties that I was having with the local dealers in trying to buy a new car. She was also able to make accommodation's for me when I explained to her that her store was over an hours drive from my home, as well as the difficulty I was having in getting the credit needed to make a purchase. To be honest, I wasn't sure that I could get a new car since every other dealer told me that It was next to impossible to do what I wanted. So, I told Shannon that because of this I wanted to try and arraign everything ahead of time before I drove out there. Shannon was very easy to deal with, and put me at ease about buying a car from South Oak Dodge. Shannon took all my information and then put me in contact with Lisa Castillo, who also is fabulous to deal with, and she explained what she needed to finance the car. After spending a few days talking to both Shannon and Lisa over the phone, I felt very at ease dealing with this dealership and felt that this was going to be a totally different experience than I was accustomed to. Lisa arraigned all the financing before I even came into the store to actually see the car, and everything that was told to me over the phone was the same when I arrived. When I came into the store, Rene Levy introduced himself to me, and Lisa told me he would handle the paperwork and show me the car, and if I liked it, everything was all done and approved. I was in and out of the store in about 2 hours and had myself a new Jeep. Oh, and one other thing - Lisa was able to LOWER my FINANCE RATE from what I was quoted ahead of time, which lowered my payment and allowed me to be able to afford an extended warranty. That was a most pleasant surprise to end my transaction! If you have any doubts about buying a car, and want to speak with someone who will treat you will 100% respect and actually listen to you, and then deliver on what they promise you - then THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP to buy a new or used car from! If I could rate them higher than the 5 stars, I would because THEY DESERVE IT! More

I told him that I didnt want the whole dealership run around that you get at every dealership. He understood and was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. So I left him a message about buying another vehicle from him. So this morning he called me on his day off mind you. And set me up with Fred. Another top notch understanding salesman. He got me the deal I was looking for. So needless to say in and out of finance in less than 10 minutes. My wife has a new van. Thanks again guys see ya in a few years for another one. More

We have purchased 3 other vehicles from South Oak over the years and we have always been satisfied with the service and the value we have received there. Sales personnel are friendly and helpful, but not the years and we have always been satisfied with the service and the value we have received there. Sales personnel are friendly and helpful, but not "pushy". They have always worked with us to come up with a price that was better that any other dealer and that we were happy with. They have always had a great selection of new vehicles so that we have been able to find a car in stock that fit our needs perfectly. The service department has always been prompt and professional, getting the repairs right the first time and on time, at a reasonable price. More

This is my second purchase at Southoak Dodge and the 4th for my family. Al Kotarba is just wonderful to work with. He always takes the time to make you feel welcome and is very knowledgable of seemingly a for my family. Al Kotarba is just wonderful to work with. He always takes the time to make you feel welcome and is very knowledgable of seemingly all of the products being sold at this dealership. He is honest even letting you know that perhaps the vehicle that caught your eye may not be the right one for you, given your driving requirements but then gives you a viable solution at the same time. I greatly appreciate that honesty and will keep bringing my family back to Southoak for years to come. Al Cieniuch was great from the finance angle and made the process painless, even though I kept him from his morning coffee, he was most gracious. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for the new addition to my family, I love my new Wrangler Unlimited, made just for me! PS--I do not know the name of the attendant who removed by plates, city sticker and I-Pass transponder but he was terrific! Very polite and very accomodating. He removed this stuff from my trade in and installed it on my new vehicle perfectly. A really great employee for Southoak Dodge! More
