South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

Worst customer service! I had just purchased a used car and the agreement to purchasing the used car was to have a backup camera installed like how it comes from the Factory. I had just purchased a used car and the agreement to purchasing the used car was to have a backup camera installed like how it comes from the Factory. I went to take the car in for service that was supposed to take a day to install the camera and check a raddling noise coming from my door, three days later I come to find out something is damaged on my door now that wasn’t damaged when I took it in and they couldn’t installed the backup because my car did not have the factory wiring harness. Before I took the car to service, I physically took a picture of the wiring harness to assure that it could be done correctly. Once I told them that I had the picture they magically were able to install it like the factory ones and come to find out they had ordered the wrong camera in the first place. All this happened over the first month of me purchasing a dodge charge that was sitting in service. During this month they gave me a carvan as a rental car for that entire first month. I then go to pick up the car and find out the door panel they damaged taking apart my door was still not fixed. I waited another month for that part and go to drop of the car again and had waited 3 hours in service to come out to my car the same exact way. I was then told they had ordered the wrong door panel. It is now 2019 and I am still waiting for my door panel and can not even get it fixed due to the fact that my car is now stored for winter and have to wait for winter to be over to hopefully hear that they received the correct part and able to fix my door panel. More

Incomplete As the tire light had came on that morning I asked the service advisor if checking that was part of the Multi point inspection, he said yes, Well afte As the tire light had came on that morning I asked the service advisor if checking that was part of the Multi point inspection, he said yes, Well after the oil change was finished (an hour) I went to my vehicle and alas the light was still on. As I had already spent an hour and a half (with driving to dealer) I decided to just do it myself, since I believed it would yet take at least 1/2 hour. So I did find a tire 10lbs low, so evidently it was not checked on the inspection. Yet to see why it was that low. I have found so many shops today that claim excellent service yet this was overlooked. More

Went very well. I came in with my car over heating, Matt took care of me every step of the way. Jeep Staff Tom Vick kept in constant contact with me about my Jeep and it’s status. When he reached a point where he knew he couldn’t help me any further he cont Tom Vick kept in constant contact with me about my Jeep and it’s status. When he reached a point where he knew he couldn’t help me any further he contacted people to help resolve my Issue. Clarence and John were very helpful in very helping find me a new vehicle when it was unable to repair my Jeep. John J helped with the final stages of taking care of me to my satisfaction. He stayed involved with all stages to make sure I was taken care of. Over all every one in this process was customer service perfectionists and I couldn’t ask for a better team of People to help me. Your dealership is very lucky to have such a great group of people working for them! More
