The dealership has been successful completing my requested maintenance. My 2019 Outback has low mileage. Sometimes the people I talk with over he phone list the maintenance according to the age of m requested maintenance. My 2019 Outback has low mileage. My appt was at 1:20 for an oil and inspection, during this time they found a nail in my tire that needed a patch. These items took almost 4 hours. I was unhappy with the time frame.
