I started looking and doing research online and really liked the Hyundai's. I was contacted by one of your salesmen, I told him what I wanted as far as car options, price, and trade in on my car at the time. Within 24 hours he emailed me with pictures of the car that I eventually bought. The guy who did the financing was awesome as well. They were both professional, knowledgeable, I never felt pressured or obligated to do anything. The whole experience was a great! It helped me build trust in the Dealership, sales people, finance people and now the service department and the people that work in it. I brought my car in for the first oil change and tire rotation. I was there less than an hour, the waiting area was very nice and clean, the person who checked me in was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I can not say enough good things about First Hyundai and it's employees. I would recommend you all to anyone looking for a new car or a good service department. More

In fact, I had been in several months prior and drove probably five or six vehicles on lengthy test drives, but wasn't ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. He didn't pressure me then, either. I appreciate not being pushed and hassled by overly aggressive sales tactics because I've walked off of lots before with that approach and never returned.
