very happy with the work that was done, they fixed some small stuff for free like my splash guard and were very flexible in how I communicated with them/ had my car dropped off. Would return! Would've had small stuff for free like my splash guard and were very flexible in how I communicated with them/ had my car dropped off. Would return! Would've had more stuff done if it were a little more in my budget ie the timing belt but local shop did that for more affordable. Will return here if I ever need an expert opinion for sure More

One negative. My check tire pressure light was on.. Did not check pressure. The light stayed on and when I got home I checked the pressure. All tires needed ai My check tire pressure light was on.. This is not for the service that this survey is attached to. I brought my Subaru Forester that I bought at Southern team Subaru to get a tire exchange because I had a nail in the tire. They wait until I com to. I brought my Subaru Forester that I bought at Southern team Subaru to get a tire exchange because I had a nail in the tire. They wait until I come to pick it up on Monday to tell me that the tire that was supposed to be shaved did not come in. So now I have to wait a further 3 days to get this fixed. I do not understand why they did not check the tire when they received it upon delivery. So now I have to drive around with a tire that has a nail in it for a further 3 days. This is completely unacceptable. I don't know how you expect to keep business when you can't do the simple things right. More
