When I went in for my yearly inspection and an oil change Sam quoted me prices for some things that are typically completed around 60,000 miles. I called to make an appointment to get a few things done since I was going on a 2,000 mile trip. They were booked and couldn't get me in that month so I had to book for the following month. Sam still honored the price given though it had expired the previous month and the prices had increased . He didn't have to do this but I really appreciated him sticking to his word. More
