I was told there would not be a charge to place the mirror covers on since I was having other work done. I was charged and only one of the two mirror covers had arrived. Now I have to go back from Smit mirror covers on since I was having other work done. I was charged and only one of the two mirror covers had arrived. Now I have to go back from Smith Mountain Lake to install the second one. I was told that they sent the mirrors back because it had been so long since I had ordered them. It had been mutually agreed with the person I made the appointment with that I would wait and have it done when I had my oil changed. They only installed one that they had on hand. There was a mix up the last time I had a mirror cover replaced that resulted in my having to come twice. I do not expect to pay installation again. I am very displeased with your service department and I may change the dealership when my warranty expires. More
Came in for oil change, tire rotation and to replace both mirror covers. When done, I was told that they had replaced one mirror cover and that the original ones had been sent back because they had been orde mirror covers. It was the decision of the appointment person to wait until the oil change to have it done. I was charged for labor which I had been told previously I wouldn't be. This means another trip from Smith Mountain Lake to have the second one replaced. I do not expect to be charged for labor again. I had a problem before when replacing a mirror cover and also had to make two trips that time. When my warranty expires, I will be looking for someone more reliable to service my vehicle. More
