The service Dept. replaced a so called brake light that was out without contacting me first and then tried to charge for a service I did not request. Oldest trick in the book just to charge the customer an additional cost. I assume Hyundai thought I would pay the cost and go on with it. Sorry you picked the wrong gal. So the next time you try to pull this trick find someone a little more gullible, a little more green and won't cause a scene. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2015 and not once have I ever had this situation arise. They have always been kind and helpful. This time not so much. As they say one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch so my advice is to give this man more training on customer service, take him away from the service desk and put him on the phone in another location. Putting him at the service desk with headphones and on the phone he was helping noone who walked in the door needing service. More

The friendliness of the staff is noticed right off at first and that is a welcomed relief.
