I was in and out in 30 minutes, which hadn’t happened at any other dealership I visited. Julian was fantastic and incredibly thorough with explaining the car and the process. The cars are the best priced out there right now and we were able to negotiate my trade-in (within reason, of course) to get the OTD price I really wanted. I was able to walk in the day after my test drive and signed the first paper within 30 minutes. Rod was also very helpful with explaining additional warranties without pressure to add them, just gave his basic recommendations. Less than 3 hours total spent there on purchase day and no headache!
