Not long after we left, my car started overheating. Turns out that there was no coolant in my car. This was an obvious oversight for professional mechanics to not have checked the fluid levels in a veh Turns out that there was no coolant in my car. My teenage son was stranded with an overheating car on the side of the road and we have to wait 4 days for another appointment for Mazda North to even look at the vehicle and assess the reason for what appears to be a leak somewhere. More

Once again this dealership has gone above and beyond for us! We usually have Jay as our service advisor (who I absolutely love) but this time we had Isander.
