February 2023 I purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 CX-5 in February 2023. I feel that I overpaid a bit for this vehicle, however I mostly blame the current state of the entire automotive sales situati CX-5 in February 2023. I feel that I overpaid a bit for this vehicle, however I mostly blame the current state of the entire automotive sales situation in the US as of 2023. The 2020 meltdown completely drained both the new and especially the used car markets, and we still have fully not recovered from this, and so that played a major part in my not so great deal. The young salesman was polite but unlike past salesmen at other dealerships, he passed by me at least 2–3 times on my first service visit back there and either didn't remember me or intentionally didn't say anything. This isn't a huge deal, but compared to previous salesmen of past generations, this is noticed as far as customer rapport and potential future sales are concerned. Anyway, I think they *tried* to make it look like they were giving me a decent deal, even with me putting up cash for HALF of the vehicle cost upfront, but again, it's still very much a SELLERS market right now. Multiple Visits - June 2023 The service and parts department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service departmen department have been very helpful so far. I've only been a Mazda owner since February of 2023 and so this was my first visit to the service department after previously dealing with Lexus service. The team here are polite and straightforward. I didn't feel pressured into services that I did not need, although they were presented as options to approve via my phone. I had some warranty related service that needed to be done on my certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 and they completed all of them without hesitation or argument, which is appreciated as opposed to previous vehicle service situations in the past with other vehicles and dealerships. Overall, I'd say that I will return here for future service, especially while I am still under Mazda warranty on this vehicle. More

Chris Almonte, Alina and Luis Hernandez were amazing. They helped me with options for non-leather seats (because I'm vegan) and went with me on test drives because I was too nervous about driving someon They helped me with options for non-leather seats (because I'm vegan) and went with me on test drives because I was too nervous about driving someone else's car. And they were so accommodating and patient while I was trying to decide between 2 models weighing the pros & cons. They taught me how to use my new features once I purchased my CX-50. And they helped me with my rental car situation too! I was able to leave my rental with them and drive home in my new car because I can't drive 2 cars at once. Best staff ever! More
