Buyer Beware! Typical bait and switch dealership. I contacted them about a specific used car on THEIR website. I asked them to confirm that this particular vehicle Typical bait and switch dealership. I contacted them about a specific used car on THEIR website. I asked them to confirm that this particular vehicle was still available. They said they would check and after a few minutes they came back and said it was still available. They asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment and I said yes and that I would be there within the hour. As I was getting in my car to leave my home, I received a call from a Raymond confirming my arrival time. When I arrived, I was introduced to a salesperson who supposedly was going to pull up the vehicle. A few minutes later he returned and informed me that the vehicle had been sold. I asked him when it was sold and as it turns out, it had been sold 6 DAYS BEFORE!!! They knew xxxx well the vehicle wasn't available and all they wanted to do was to get me in the door, so they could stick me in some other vehicle that they wanted to sell. It didn't matter to them what I wanted. So thanks to their deceitful practices I drove over 50 miles round trip and wasted my time, not to mention the wasted gas and toll expense. I gave them one star because I had to click on at least one star, but believe me, that's one star too many!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dishonest dealership. More
