We have purchased two vehicles from Sport Mazda and have had a wonderful experience both times. Everyone goes out of their way to help and there is no pressure. Mr. Diego was truly exceptional, welcoming, easy going and pleasant to work with. He greeted us outside the door with a smile and ready to assist. He asked very specific questions and was open to listen to my concerns. Always kept us informed through the whole process and even made sure that the unpleasant odor coming from the AC vents were attended before I left the dealership. I even saw him assisting the detailing young man to reinsure the car was in optimal appearance for me. Loved working with him. To the contrary, the experience with the sales managers (Luis & Joshua) was not as pleasant. I spent approx. 4 hours since the time I walked in to the time I drove off. Took me about 20-30 minutes to settle for a vehicle I wanted and test drive it. Even Mr. Diego was surprised as how fast I had returned from test driving it. So the rest of the time spent there was due to the back and forth “game” that Sales Managers Luis and Joshua made me go through. Long story short, I came there prepared, pre-qualified through my lender of choice, knew what type of price, interest and monthly payment I wanted, but they still found a way to make it difficult and not as transparent as I was expecting. The last piece of the deal was to sign the papers to finalize the purchase and Joshua, even though he was professional, he seemed as though he was rushing and ready to go, to the point that I was not offered the typical las minute add-ons such as GAP insurance or extended warranty. My sister had recommended this dealership since she had recently purchased a car from them and felt was treated very nicely. Not even a keychain was I offered. But to be fair, I was not interested in any add-one, a keychain or any freebies. And in their defense, I wasn’t an “easy target” to where I gave in to their sales tactics. It’s now been 4 days since my purchase and I am very happy with my purchase and the attention to detail provided by Mr. Diego Hernandez. I’d definitely consider going back to upgrade my wife’s CX9, and will definitely request a different Sales Manager, if necessary. More

Welcoming and Trustworthy Service I have been using the Sport Mazda Service Department ever since I purchased my Mazda in 2016 and have always been impressed by the immediate greeting upon my arrival. Stephen greeted me and started preparing my vehicle for service for Paul my service advisor. As soon as Paul was available he also greeted me and followed through on the rest of my visit. I really appreciate teamwork between Paul and Stephen. Paul kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. The work performed is always meticulous and I really appreciate getting my car back knowing it was well cared for. More
