Also, it is unfair that as a dealership, you get upset when customers comp dealership. To get 5 stars, you must go above and beyond what is expected. Trying to be a smart buyer and checking out different offers is the only way buyers have of understanding how the car market stands. Dealers hold all the cards and are definitely not transparent. Doing thorough research by dealing with several car dealerships is my only way of feeling I've found a good deal. More
