We received email giving a price and after agreeing to the vehicle we were told the price was an error of several thousands of dollars. We did not get to talk with the manager whom made the quote as he was not available. Not a fan of doing business this way. As this is the second time that we have purchased a vehicle with different amounts quoted as to what you are charged, We think this must be standard procedure. Very disappointing! So far we love the vehicle. More

Hard to find in the world of jaded car sales. Even after the sale, I had a few “tests” for Wes, as there was additional service needed after the sale. He followed up on and completed every item that was outstanding, with a smile on his face. Please ask for Wes when buying from this dealership. You will be glad you did. We are! We also had prompt service in service dept., as we had items added to car after the sale. We knew nothing about Subaru before this purchase. The Ascent is a homerun in three-row vehicles. Surprise Mercedes Purchase After a couple of weeks of shopping around on various car dealership's websites, I came in to test drive two vehicles I found on the Sport Subaru webs After a couple of weeks of shopping around on various car dealership's websites, I came in to test drive two vehicles I found on the Sport Subaru website, a Toyota Prius and a Mazda CX-5. James greeted me at the door and was very helpful and patient in bring them both out and taking me for a test drive in each. While both were very nice vehicles, neither was exactly what I was looking for, so James inquired about all of the qualities that I wanted in a car. He looked through the available inventory, found a really nice Mercedes-Benz with low miles that was still within my year and price range and asked if I was interested in taking it for a spin just to try. I was a little hesitant at first because I hadn't done any research and was really looking for a hatchback and not a trunk, but once I drove it, I was convinced that it was the right car for me. James was very helpful without every making me feel like I was being pressured into buying a car that I wasn't totally comfortable with. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and will definitely check out Sport Subaru in the future whenever I need another vehicle. More
