Last week my wife and I visited our daughter who resides in Orlando. While there our 2018 Subaru Outback Touring model developed a problem as it would not continue to run when starting the vehicle. Mr. Miranda attempted to recreate the problem but with no success. Thusly, no repair could be done as the problem was non-existance. I am here to tell you that Mr, Miranda was very cordial and courteous each time we spoke with him via phone. Whatever the problem was (believed to possibly be bad gas) the problem has ceased to exist. We are home now and the vehicle is running perfectly. Mr. Miranda is a definite asset to your dealership as well as to the Subaru Corporation. It is the activity of Mr. Miranda that sets a positive tone for the automotive industry and especially your dealership.
