Sales and paperwork for loan. Sales was great; however, during the final paperwork completion, we decided not to take the extended warranty. Mr. Amir was trying to do the right th Sales was great; however, during the final paperwork completion, we decided not to take the extended warranty. Mr. Amir was trying to do the right thing but was to “pushy” when trying to sale the warranty. After we made our final decision not to buy it, his body language when south...somewhat negative. I recommend he first show the car and explain that all these electronic equipment will stop functioning in the out years and by taking the extended warranty it will save the buyer in repair costs after the normal warranty expires. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Outback and patiently showed me all the features. He even brought an umbrella to me when I walked outside and it started raining! His philosophy is to not go for the pressure sale, but give the customer the information they ask for and let them decide. The dealership offered me a fair price on my old car and gave me a good price for the Outback. I had looked at reviews and pricing from different sources, so I know the price we settled on was fair.
