When I walked in Orlando introduced himself in a friendly manner. I explained I had made an inquiry with Dave Roman. He immediately went to get David for me. David came out and introduced himself and asked Orlando to assist me. I said I just wanted to talk numbers to see if the purchase was feasible. At no moment did I feel the pressure felt at other dealers. Orlando helped me negotiate the deal, but all to my liking. He seemed more then willing to make it work for me.
