Awful experience. I was told my truck was fixed. The problem it was brought for wasn't even addressed. I paid $400 for new batteries and then the truck wouldn't start. Then after 2 weeks to get authorized from warranty, it sat for a couple more days before the work was done. My prior visit was 2.5 hours for a tire change WITH AN APPOINTMENT. If you weren't a dealer shop, you would be out of business. You are not in touch with reality of your customers' needs. It almost isn't worth my free oil change on my car to sit and wait half a day for it to be done when others can do it in 15 minutes and have me back to my business. Employees are friendly, but their hands are tied on almost everything. More
