I was greeted by Mona when I called in. She was welcoming and friendly. We had a good laugh right away. She scheduled us with Ferman and had the vehicle with a personified sign waiting for us when we arrived and friendly. We had a good laugh right away. We loved our Van after test driving it and went straight in to start the process for buying. We were satisfied with deal. Fermin was thorough with his help.
