I called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, same service I have been getting since I bought my Traverse there in July 2022. When I got there, the sign at the front of the bay said stay in your same service I have been getting since I bought my Traverse there in July 2022. When no one did, I walked in and told a guy I was there for my 10:30 appointment, never asked my name. Got my keys and told me to have a seat. A little less than 30 minutes later, he said my vehicle was done. I said wow, its never only took 30 minutes, he said you were scheduled for an express oil change, That was not what I asked for. Anyways, not happy but atleast my oil was changed. I will pay better attention next time! More

I was disappointed in the time spent on Friday for my maintenance check. I have never spent three hours before. After talking to Jim the Manager assured me there were changes in their process and hiring maintenance check. I have never spent three hours before.
