Service for 2017 Malibu. I drive 20 miles one way to go to Stingray and pass two other GM dealers. Have tried them both and they do not compare to Stingray and ther service. Terrible Experience at Stingray Chevrolet It was simply terrible. Needing to edit a week for an oil change when there are ships that you can drive into with no appointment - simply ridiculous. It was simply terrible. Needing to edit a week for an oil change when there are ships that you can drive into with no appointment - simply ridiculous. Then being told, in the sweltering heat of Florida, that a GM defective A/C could in a Tahoe LTZ not be fixed for another week, requiring my wife and children to use a car with no A/C - outrageous! Then forcing my wife with a weeks long appointment to wait 45 minutes before taking care of her, then keeping the car for 2 days and returning it with NO gas and mud-dirty - absolutely anti-customer. Guess buy 12 GM new vehicles in my life and 4 from Stingray meant my wife/family should be harassed. Now, after all the insults and injury - the A/C unit is still not functioning correctly! More

Never judge a book by its cover When I walked into the dealership and approach the front desk the young lady asked could she help me. I told her that I was there to see a corvette. She called the guy my appointment was with and he said he was with another customer to patch me out to someone else. There was a salesman at the desk an she asked if he would help me and said he was busy. Then she asked Raul who was just walking by if he could help me and he said yes. When we returned from the test drive the gentleman that was at the desk was sitting outside waiting on anote customer to come in. I guess because I was black he figured I was not going to buy one. Needless to say I did. Thanks Raul and the finance and general manager. More
