Take your car here and you won't be satisfied. I took my 23 Chevy Silverado 1500 custom (30 k on it) because it was getting poor mileage and a check engine light came on and the truck was bucking I took my 23 Chevy Silverado 1500 custom (30 k on it) because it was getting poor mileage and a check engine light came on and the truck was bucking and hesitating during acceleration. I even made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, they has truck for 3 days until I finally got an answer that the purge pump was bad and mysteriously out of stock and the truck was returning to me in the broken condition I took it in for under warranty. Now here's the kicker, I was told it could be weeks or months till it comes in yet the Certified GM parts center have this in stock. Meanwhile I, have no auto start feature any longer until repairs are made, and driving an unsafe vehicle which I have reported to my insurance company that can almost stall in traffic and risk being hit. In addition the worst gas mileage ever as I use the truck as primary transportation. I bet Steve H really cares about his customers. SMH! More
