My wife and I went to 5 other dealerships in town and Joel at Street VW was the only salesman to take us seriously. All of the other dealers saw two younger people and assumed that we weren't able to buy Joel at Street VW was the only salesman to take us seriously. Joel worked with us showing us different models and knew the exact features of each car when we had questions. He took good car of us throughout the process of buying a car and made honest recommendations when looking at the extra warranties that come with buying a car. He made sure that we got a quality car that fit us, and that we didn't over pay for things that we didn't need. I would highly recommend Joel at Street VW, and I would definitely buy another VW from him! Not only did he get us into a car, he pulled the Jetta into a showroom and showed us how to work every feature on the vehicle. 10/10 More
