Extremely Informative!!! I went to check out a used car for my teenage son. Rob greeted us and listened to what I was looking for. He showed me a used car which was great and asked if he could show me a new one. I honestly figured it was just another gimmick but I was wrong. Rob knew more about Jettas and he knew from just the brief discussions we'd had what I wanted my son to be in.
